MEP coordination and Revit modelling.
MEP DC models and coordinates mechanical, electrical and plumbing services in Revit, and sorts out the clashes in the model before anything goes to site.
What we work on
Most jobs need all three services in the same ceiling void, so we model them together from the start and deal with the clashes on screen, not on site.
Power, lighting & controls
Distribution boards, containment, cable tray, lighting and small power, plus fire alarm and data.
HVAC & ventilation
Ductwork, heating and chilled water pipework, plant rooms and ventilation.
Water & drainage
Hot and cold water, soil and waste, and rainwater, routed so it can still be maintained later.
Projects our founder has coordinated
BIM and coordination
We work in federated Revit models alongside the architect and structural engineer. Each week we run clash detection, group the clashes by level and grid, and resolve them with the design team before drawings are issued.

- Working to BS EN ISO 19650, with a TIDP and a shared CDE
- Drawings, sections and schedules taken straight from the model
