Services

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing — and the model that ties them together.

Each discipline is delivered to the same standard of precision, whether commissioned alone or as a fully coordinated package.

01

Mechanical

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems sized against real occupancy patterns, building fabric and plant performance — designed to run efficiently for the life of the building, not just pass commissioning.

  • HVAC load calculations & plant sizing
  • Ductwork & pipework layout
  • Ventilation & smoke control
  • Energy & BREEAM strategy input
02

Electrical

Power distribution, lighting design and low-current systems engineered for both regulatory compliance and day-to-day operability — from the incoming supply to the last socket outlet.

  • LV distribution & containment
  • Lighting design & controls
  • Fire alarm & emergency lighting
  • Data, security & low current
03

Plumbing

Hot and cold water, waste, and rainwater systems designed with maintenance access, water hygiene and long-term reliability in mind, not just minimum compliance.

  • Hot & cold water systems
  • Above & below-ground drainage
  • Rainwater & attenuation
  • Water hygiene & L8 strategy

Digital Creation

BIM, design and coordination run through every project as a single connected model — the layer that lets mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems occupy the same space without conflict.

  • Federated 3D modelling
  • Clash detection & resolution
  • Drawing & schedule production
  • As-built model handover

Data Centre BIM Coordination

A specialism built over a decade of dedicated data centre delivery — from European campuses to hyperscale UK builds. This is high-density, safety-critical MEP coordination where electrical resilience and cooling redundancy leave no margin for a clash reaching site.

Experience spans RIBA Stages 2–5 across HDR, NDY, BIM3 (Switzerland), CAD Scope (UK & Ireland) and Red Engineering (Netherlands & Ireland), working to BS 19650 with formal Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP), a shared Common Data Environment (CDE) and weekly federated-model clash reviews.

  • Electrical & mechanical resilience modelling
  • BS 19650 / TIDP / CDE workflow
  • Federated clash detection & IFC/NWD sharing
  • Multi-country, multi-party coordination
