Refund policy
Try every tool free for 14 days first. If something isn't right after you buy, we'll fix it or refund you.

How long does a refund take? Once we approve your refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to reach your account. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider.
Try before you buy
Every MEP DC tool has a free 14-day trial with every feature switched on. Please use it to make sure the Software works for you before you buy.
14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund the licence in full. We will deactivate the licence key when the refund is made.
If the Software doesn't work as described
If a tool doesn't do what its product page or manual says, tell us. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we'll refund you, even after 14 days, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time; it won't renew. If a renewal was charged and you email us within 14 days of the renewal date without having used the new period, we'll refund that renewal.
Packs and the Full Suite
Packs and the Full Suite are refunded as a whole, not tool by tool. If you'd rather keep some of the tools, email us and we can swap your order for the individual tools and refund the difference.
Wrong licence type
If you bought a Personal licence but need a Business one, you don't need a refund: email us and pay the difference. If you bought a Business licence by mistake and qualify for Personal, email us within 14 days and we'll refund the difference.
Your cancellation rights as a consumer
Digital content supplied by download is normally not covered by the 14-day cancellation right once the download or licence activation has started with your consent. Our 14-day refund above is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. After we approve a refund, it can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. To ask for a refund, email info@mep-dc.co.uk with your order number.
